Aaron Feldman
About
Aaron’s passion for Special Needs issues began early in his career when he helped his uncle fight to live independently even though his uncle was disabled and bedridden. That led eventually into focusing his practice on Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts and Conservatorships.
Aaron is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and is also on the Board of the Northern California Chapter for the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Aaron Feldman has been a proud sponsor for the Down Syndrome Connection of the East Bay, Special Kids Foundation in Brentwood and the Morgan Autism Center in Palo Alto. He was also a featured speaker at the Collective Growth Center symposium in 2019.
Aaron Feldman obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1978, and his law degree (JD) in 1982 from Southwestern University School of Law. Aaron served as a volunteer Fee Dispute Mediator for the Contra Costa County Bar Association for ten years.
A 30-year resident of Walnut Creek, Mr. Feldman is married with two children, a devoted member of Temple Isaiah in Lafayette, an Officer with Anshei Isaiah Men’s Group Board 2005-2007.
