As you know, the Shelter-in-Place Orders have been extended through the end of April. Courts are working to resume business by Monday, May 4th. I am optimistic that these shelter restrictions are working to minimize the deadly impact of this virus and look forward to re-opening our physical office. But until then we continue to run our office remotely and we are continuing to work on old and new matters.
As a reminder, we utilize the MyCase portal for securely sharing information and documents. We urge clients to take full advantage of MyCase to supply us with the information we need to continue working on your matters.
If you have an emergency situation arise which requires a notary signature, please contact us. California has not relaxed signing requirements for notaries, but we have seen notaries institute “drive-thru” signings to maintain social distancing. We are here to help.
We continue to offer virtual meetings through ZOOM and can go over your Estate Planning or other legal needs safely. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to schedule a meeting or have questions. We will update this notification as soon as we learn new or different information.
Please stay healthy and safe.
